BIM MODELLER - PHARMA/DATA CENTRE PROJECTS - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client are an Irish engineering design consultancy, that
specialises in Mechanical, Electrical and Process engineering.
Their market focus areas are Industrial projects in the food and
beverages, pharmaceuticals, data center&# *;s
and energy sustainability and optimization.
Follow BIM & CAD content standards and development procedures.
BIM MEP Modelling across Mechanical and Electrical Services.
Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
Using Revit MEP for drawing production including General Arrangements,
Sections and Detail Views. Run clash detection on models and generate
clash detection reports.
Resolve clashes across Mechanical and Electrical Services using Revit
software.
Develop mechanical and electrical AutoCAD drawings for mechanical and
electrical from markups provided by engineers
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years’ experience working in the role of BIM Modeller within a
team of technicians and engineers.
Third level qualification in Architecture / Building Services /
Engineering and/or technical background essential;
Previous expereince working on pharma/data cntre projects would be
beneficial
Hold a recognised qualification in Revit MEP, BIM and CAD.

Salary negotiable for the right candidate
